Career Enhancement
Career Enhancement is SBR’s coaching arm for construction professionals. After 25 years of placing superintendents, project managers, estimators, and executives across California, we know what a hiring authority looks for in a resume, an interview, and a negotiation.
These sessions are personal and specific to construction, and they are separate from our executive search work. You do not need to be a candidate on a search to use them.
