SBR Jobs (Silicon Beach Recruiter) is a direct-hire executive search firm for the California construction industry. Since 1997 we have placed project managers, project executives, superintendents, estimators, preconstruction leaders, and VP-level construction and land executives with general contractors, construction management firms, homebuilders, land developers, and mission-critical data center builders.
Permanent, direct-hire placement is all we do. Every search fills a full-time seat, and we focus on the passive candidates who are not applying anywhere. We do not provide temp, contract, or staffing.
