What the market is telling industrial and trade employers
- Data center work is setting the price for MEP talent. Electrical and mechanical Project Managers with mission critical experience are getting calls every week. If your offer is built on last year’s number, it will lose.
- Trade contractors promote from the field, and the gap shows. A great General Foreman is not automatically a Project Manager. We recruit people who have already made that step at a comparable contractor.
